DETECT DRONES
BEFORE THEY BECOME A THREAT

VISION-AI
DRONE DETECTION

THE FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE AGAINST DRONES
FOR INDUSTRY AND CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

THE FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE AGAINST DRONES
FOR INDUSTRY AND CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Our VISION-AI transforms any camera system (EO) into an autonomous drone detection system – enabling
real-time detection of drones (UAVs) in close-range and low-altitude flight, including automated alerts, visual evidence capture, and situational awareness in the airspace.

Developed for critical infrastructures, industry
and defense applications.

AIRSPACE SECURITY GAP.
A MILLION-DOLLAR RISK!

THE PROBLEM

HIGHLY SECURED ON THE GROUND
- VULNERABLE FROM THE AIR!

Industrial and KRITIS sites are comprehensively protected:

✔ Perimeter protection
✔ Access controls
✔ Video surveillance
✔ Control centers

But the airspace often remains unmonitored!

DRONES AS A NEW SECURITY RISK

A commercially available drone can:

❌ Spy on your premises
❌ Paralyze production processes
❌ Analyze security structures
❌ Prepare sabotage
❌ Operate unnoticed

Cost of the drone: less than €1,000
Potential damage: millions of euros
Reputational risk: incalculable

DISCOVER THREAT SCENARIOS >
  • eSpionage

Drones open up a whole new dimension of industrial espionage. Equipped with high-resolution cameras, they can observe production processes, storage areas, supply flows, or secret infrastructure from the air—without being noticed.

Consequences: Loss of trade secrets, loss of reputation and trust

  • Interference from jammers

Drones can be equipped with RF jammers (interference transmitters), which they then place on the roof without being noticed. These devices interfere with radio and GPS signals and specifically interrupt communication. This can lead to harmless malfunctions or even complete production failures.

Consequences: Radio/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and GPS failure, production interruptions, and security risks

  • Sabotage

Today, drones can do more than just observe.
They are capable of transporting small loads, including sensors, RFID listening devices or in extreme cases even dangerous substances for possible acts of sabotage or attacks.

    Consequences: Damage, destruction, and contamination

  • Attack

Kamikaze attacks use drones as weapons — targeting infrastructure through direct impact or explosive payloads.
ASO enables early visual detection and tracking, allowing countermeasures before impact.

TECHNOLOGY

Vision-AI Core
Architecture

ASO’s Vision-AI core integrates multiple specialized neural networks, trained on distinct drone types, altitude ranges, and environmental conditions.

>95% detection rate (in defined altitude range)

Hybrid Deployment
Architecture

Built for hybrid operation — supporting cloud-based intelligence or fully on-premise environments, with seamless compatibility across Edge-AI and IP/PTZ camera infrastructures.

Cloud
Intelligence

The ASO Cloud Intelligence Platform connects all deployed sensors into an intelligent security and airspace surveillance system—it enables real-time monitoring, instant alarm distribution, evidence analysis and storage, and serves as the central host of the Vision AI architecture.

ASO Flight Data Center

On 2 dedicated 1,000 m² test sites, ASO operates its own Flight Data Centers (FDC) — a real-world environment where drones fly under diverse operational conditions.

Multiple optical sensors and Edge-AI cameras capture high-resolution, real-time flight data that continuously feed and refine ASO’s detection models.

The FDC is the core of ASO’s data advantage — enabling us to generate, validate, and improve our AI-driven detection intelligence based on live flight scenarios.

In addition, the facility is available for external flight testing, providing partners and clients with access to a controlled, sensor-rich environment for validation, calibration, and performance benchmarking.
